At Predella, we prioritize your satisfaction and ensure every product is delivered with quality and care. In the rare case that your order arrives damaged or you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and replacement guidelines below.
7-Day Return & Replacement Window
- We offer a 7-day return and replacement policy from the date of delivery.
- Requests submitted after 7 days will not be eligible for return or replacement.
Eligibility for Return or Replacement
A return or replacement is eligible under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- The product is incorrect or different from the item ordered.
- The product is missing parts or accessories as described in the order.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To process any return or replacement claim:
- You must share a clear unboxing video showing the full opening process from package seal to product reveal.
- The video should clearly capture the damage or issue and must be unedited.
- Send the video to our registered email ID or WhatsApp/contact number provided on our website or order confirmation.
Please note: Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return or Replacement
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Send the unboxing video and order details to our registered email or WhatsApp.
- Our team will verify the issue and confirm the eligibility.
- If approved, we will initiate the pickup and either send a replacement or process a refund.
Conditions Not Eligible for Return
- Damages caused by misuse, mishandling, or incorrect installation.
- Minor color or texture differences due to screen resolution or natural materials.
- Requests made after 7 days of delivery.
